Marian,

If this mother truly does not want to even give breastfeeding a try, binding,
in light of her implants would be a bad idea in my opinion.  It is already
very *crowded* in there (in her breast tissue, that is).  Herbally speaking,
carrots have drwing proerties.  That is the draw out toxins from wounds, ears
etc.  I do not find them listed in my herbals as remmdies to dry up milk.
 Cabbage leaves worn constantly after the baby is born have helped some women
I have worked with avoid engorgement as they dry up.

I will keep checking on the carrots.
