This is antedotal: I nursed easily through my second pregnancy (as did many
of the women on this list who tandemed nursed).  Toward 38 weeks I felt some
contractions and my ob told me to quit nursing (he was strongly against
nursing during pregnancy at all) because I would induce labor.  I did not
quit nursing my 18 month old, and my second child was born at 43 weeks after
3 day-long inductions!
