Hi, Debbie! Re bromocriptine:
1) see M. Katz et al: Puerperal hypertension, stroke and seizures after
suppression of lactation with bromocriptine. Obstet. Gyne 66:822-824, 1985.

2) contact Rosemary at [log in to unmask] Back in July she and I
corresponded re the Israeli pharmaceutical company, TEVA, writing a "Dear
Dr." letter announcing that they were cancelling ablactation as an
indication fro bromocriptine according to the decision of the Israel
Ministry of Health. I sent her an English translation of this letter, but
I'm not quite sure how to dig it out to forward you. If you reeeely need
it, ask me again, and I'll try to get help. Rosemary should be able to
help you with other references and info since HAI was working on this
same subject and only recently.

Good luck! We should all be diligent in getting this drug out of the
running for ablactation. As zealous as we all may be, the idea that a
woman should be punished with death for choosing not to lactate is
mind-boggling! Judy K. in Israel
