A mom called inquiring about "getting a let down response", we spoke and
then she said she read that in addition to syntocinon one could use
Theophylline or Chlorpromazine(tranquilizer). I checked her reference
and sure enough in the book What to Expect in the First Year there was
that suggestion. Can anyone comment on this? I am not familiar with
these drugs inducing a let down response.
I found it very interesting to read the section on breastfeeding in their
book, I now know the source of many of the questions people ask.
