Thanks for your suggestions. To complete the story this mom is pumping
8x's/day with a double pump for 15 minuntes. She is also very scientific in
that she has kept a very detailed diary for me and has feeding times and
pumping times right down to the minute. I did talk with her about taking
another break and just pump for a couple of days again. I still have concerns
about how long it takes to feed him even with the SNS. She finds that placing
it high enough for gravity to try and kick him in is defeating because he lets
it all run out. We discussed the possibility of not being able to fully
re-establish her supply and stay with the current. He does not like being
finger fed. Looks at you and smiles but won't suck just places around with his
tongue.
