What stores will *really* do is to say,

"PLEASE EMPTY BREASTS HERE BEFORE ENTERING ESTABLISHMENT"
         ...and there'll be this huge bucket next to the door.

Might this be called a 'DUMPING STATION' as opposed to a 'PUMPING STATION'?
I wonder............and here I thought that the Secretary of Commerce
prohibited the commercial practice of dumping in the U.S. marketplace
today.
Is this a case for Ralph Nader?
