I think there's some confusion as to when WIC providers can put juice on the
food vouchers of their participants.  The Federal Regulations state that WIC
providers can give vitamin-C fortified fruit juices at 6 months of age.
Iron-fortified cereal can be given at 4 mos of age.  It's the parent's
option to take either of these foods.  If they don't want it, they don't
have to have it.
