I was recently consulted by another LLL Leader concerning a mom 2 weeks PP
with an extremely painful letdown (both breasts) and cracked nipples.  It did
not appear to be positioning or suck. Thrush was apparently ruled out as a
possible cause by her MD!!!  Any ideas what could be going on?
