Yes, I referred the LC to Liz Baldwin, LLL and some other LCs that have done
expert witness testimony in these cases.  Part of the problem in this case
was that the mom hadn't had time to pump to give milk to give to the baby -
who can when they have a 3 week old and are bf full time too?  And, the baby
had had difficulty with latch on.  I don't know if I will hear what happened
or not....

Partially as a result of the Baby Richard case, many families in our area are
going to China to adopt a baby.  They figure the parents won't show up on the
doorstep in a couple of months demanding their baby back!

The whole situation is sad....
