Hawaii produces organic honey.

I know this bit of trivia because it was at the request of the Hawaii organic Honey producers that I went up against the Kafaesque nightmare that is the USDA National Organic Program to get Bee-Quick approved for their use.

But I have not heard of anyone in the lower 48 states who has been certified (which would be "upper" from Hawaii).
