Have you seen this mother's areolae, i.e., are the areolae darker now than in her pre-pregnant state?

Debra, 

Yes.  They are very light, just a bit darker than the rest of her skin.  I didn't see them before pregnancy.  Breasts otherwise appear normal, and she did report breast growth during pregnancy.  I can't give specific info because of HIPAA.  Also, I'm wondering for future cases as well.
