I experienced this - but only in the hospital! - with my first two babies.
I think it probably is a variation on D-MER.

Interestingly, when I talked to the nurse about this years later, she said,
"Well I'm glad you didn't tell us because we wouldn't have let you nurse
and we would have taken the baby away from you because you were sick."

Glad I didn't say anything....whew!
