I would try resting that nipple x 1-2 days (if possible) by hand expressing or on low suction on pump while massaging while pumping; culture and sensitivity of the nipple and clean catch mid stream milk culture. Saline rinses and apply an antibiotic ointment like mupirocin. We cannot see pictures on lactnet.
