Hi All,
I'd much rather use the sweet-ease (sp) than formula for cueing. I know many of you are cringing at the formula suggestion but many of the moms I work with, try to express colostrum and can barely get a drop out. Try convincing the already skeptical mother that her baby can get her milk once the baby latches and starts suckling. What I and my colleagues encounter most often is mothers asking for formula because "I don't have any milk yet", but that's another topic.
