Our hospital system has applied for a substantial amount of grant money to be used for staff breastfeeding education. We are looking at programs (on line or in person) that will make the biggest impact on our staff for improving our breastfeeding rates. Does anyone have suggestions? Our biggest educational need is with the pediatricians, nurse practitioners and neonatologists. However, most of them are not employed by the hospital and we cannot mandate a class for them.
