Hi all,
A mom in our local LLL Facebook page asked about thrush remedies and another (older) mom offered the suggestion (that worked for her, evidently) to swab nipples with a sage tea.
I've has a look around online and in my books and haven't seen any mention of sage for thrush (either yes or no). I know taking sage internally would be a no-no for supply, but topically?
First, is there any reason to think this would be harmful in any way?
Second, any research showing this might actually work?
Thanks!
~Virginia
