If you  bring it up first time, you are sort of setting mom up to fail.  Her 
IGT breasts just might perform normally.  But she will be doubting herself. 
If I think mom's breasts look abnormal, I just file that in the back of my 
mind and do all the other things we need to do.  Latch, frequency  of feeds 
and so  on.

One clue re: small vs IGT is width between the breats, not just size.  There 
are some pictures in The BFing Mother's Guide to Making More Milk, West &
