Thank you all - I have followed those suggestions and submitted my request in writing.  Here's another question:  do most lactation professionals maintain their own stash of photos for which they have permission from the subjects?  Would anyone recommend I begin creating my own collection?  It seems kind of unnecessary at this point when you can type "tongue-tie" into Google and see hundreds of pictures.  I just wondered if that's something that other people routinely do.  I can see keeping pictures of clients in their histories, with appropriate HIPAA guidelines followed, but I just don't know that it's necessary for educational purposes when you can purchase excellent professional photos.
