Pat writes > L:ast year I was so amazed when my niece in Thailand was 
transferred to a higher level nursery and C-sec mom went too!  Wish we 
could even dream of that here in the "developed" US!  Pat in SNJ

Pat, in Thailand they also transfer babies with CLP (along with the birth parent) to the Srinagarind hospital where they stay until the parent is taught how to breastfeed (without electric breast pumps or other gadgets) - sounds like they have a positive attitude to breastfeeding.
