Good evening all,
I have received an email from a young mom, whose adopted full term baby was hospitalized for 3 weeks at the age of 4 weeks for pertussis. She is looking for evidence based research articles on use of donor milk for sick full term babies. Articles on breast milk as opposed to formula will also be helpful, but if there is anything on donor milk in particular, that would be great. At the suggestion of her insurance rep, she would like to include them in a packet of information she submits to her insurance company for coverage.
Thank you for any references you can send my way
Naomi
