Thanks for that Pat. Food for thought there
She has started compressing the lump a bit more, and some thich gooey stuff is coming out of the nipple. Are there any cautions about this?

How do you know when you've compressed it all out?
How do you know when it's getting too much and you risk damaging the tissue ?
