I don't have the figures at hand, but Nigel Rollins (at the Breastfeeding
Consultative Meeting in Gauteng in August 2011) presented some figures.
With ARVs for mother during pregnancy and baby thereafter, I'm think the
sero-conversion rate was about 1%. Can try and confirm later (after the
hols).
