A mom asked me if it's OK to use her pumped milk since the baby and her were being treated for Thrush. She doesn't want to reinfect the baby. I told her I'd check since I can't seem to find anything in my textbooks. I told her I thought it was fine since yeast is a normal part of the baby's mouth flora anyway, but has just gotten out of hand. I'm trying to remember what Dr Hale said about yeast growing in milk.
