I have a friend nursing twins. She is too far away for me to evaluate myself. She can pump well, but babies are not transferring. They were born at 38 weeks 5 days and latch well. Another IBCLC has evaluated suck, and said it was normal. Babies have been tried on SNS and shields, and neither have helped. I know it's hard to evaluate this without seeing her face to breast, but does anything pop out at you? Do you have any tips?

Warmly,
Star Rodriguez, IBCLC,RLC
