Mom I helped through LLL chose not to have tt and lip tie revised. They used the technique described in the funnyshapedwoman blog spot and were diligent with every feeding. Worked best to have mom actively latch baby then lean back into a reclining position. They took baby for CST and chiro weekly for a long time. Just checked in with mom to connect her with another mother making the same choice and she reports that baby can stick his tongue way out now but he has way more shallow of a latch than his older sister ever did. Feedings took and still take a longer time than other babes his age but she had a robust milk supply and his weight gain has been excellent.
