While I certainly agree with every sentiment Susan expresses, isn't this a matter to discuss with our Congress People, given the fact that the USDA administers the WIC program, including the bidding and awarding of contracts for formula?  I for one am at least happy that the formula is sold to "us" at a discount- since it's pretty close to worthless anyway.....
But WIC - those of us in the front lines working hard to promote breastfeeding, sure don't need to be painted with this broad brush.
