Here are the folding seats I use in my group.  They also double as great diaper changing pads because they are washable.  They work well for reclining positions because you can tilt them to many different angles.  These have proven to be a better purchase than the My Brest Friend pillows I also have availalbe.

They also have a reclining camp chair that may work well too -- and get things up off the floor for a hospital setting.  They do recline, but don't look as simple as the seats I use on the floor.
