Permission to post obtained--a mother who started out pumping dark brown colostrum which cleared on day 2e were thinking she had rusty pipe syndrome/
Baby now 2 weeks and mom still pumping as baby is preterm and milk production is well below what is expected despite pumping with hospital grade pump-skin to skin etc-and her milk is occasionally red-brown----Thoughts?
