That's really interesting Linda. Can you share more about what you've seen
at the Austin Banks? I think that this is really important. When did you
first experience a shortfall? Have you experienced shortfalls previously,
how often? Have you experienced an increase in demand (I thought that
perhaps with all the publicity that peer-to-peer milk sharing has had that
it might have increased demand for banked donor milk)? 
Any other milk bank reps on Lactnet able to report on the situation at your
milk bank.
I think that we have the opposite problem here in Australia with milk banks
turning away donors.

There is currently a "national shortage of milk" in all the milk banks.
And, conversely, there is a national increase in "mom to mom" informal milk
sharing.  So, at this point, we can only assume that the one is affecting
the other.
