Hi Virginia,
I have read about it too, and if my memory serves me correctly, I'd chase up either Bridget Ingle, Sue Cox or Denise Fisher from Health e-learning I know it is one of the Breast ed modules. There is a compound in the coconut oil that makes it an anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, but I am cautious with mums using it simply from an allergic stand point. One of those ladies should be able to help you I hope!!
