There is an Australian trial of a facebook/SMS support service for breastfeeding mother.  I think it through Queensland University of Technology and involves mothers signing up via facebook to receive (automated) breastfeeding support via SMS.  (If mothers report that they are struggling with breastfeeding X 3, they are referred for personal counselling.)  I think the project was called MBC or 'motherbabyconnect' but I can't remember.  The researchers are Joy Parkinson and Rebekah Russell-Bennet.
