Many thanks to those who responded to my question regarding syphilis
transmission through breast milk. 

However,  I would still like to know if the
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirochete> spirochetal bacteria
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treponema_pallidum> Treponema pallidum can be
transmitted thro breast milk.  It is transmitted thro blood products - can
it be transmitted thro breast milk?  Not lesions on the breast but actual
breast milk?
