Could someone please point me in the right direction to find evidence that Syphilis is transmitted through breast milk? 
 I have exhausted my sources and can only find treating the mother with antibiotics if she is positive during pregnancy but nothing regarding transmission in breast milk,  so any help would be appreciated.
