Hi Julie

While the testing sounds odd, and I don't know how you can have acidic  
milk, babies certainly can and do react to tomato in mum's diet.   
Sounds odd about oats not wheat though.  I would recommend seeing a  
dietician and doing an elimination diet.  Specifically look for a  
dietician who has expertise in food intolerance's.  the fact that mum  
has reflux would not be causing bub to have reflux, but it might  
indicate that they both have intolerance's to the same things, and  
once she does an elimination diet for bub, she may feel better too.
