Extrapolating back, that would mean a child should be breastfeeding,  
wouldn't it?
I also found this interesting since today there was also a  report that 
three drugs for obesity have been "nixed". "As obesity rates  continue to rise,

infants and children, food intolerances, behavior  struggles, obesity in 
children, teens and adults... does anyone not on LN see a  possible 
interrelatedness to lack of normal feeding?
