Is this the baby who ate every 3 hrs and sleeps 10 hr at night?  This seems
un-physiologic to me and could have down-regulated mom. From early on, baby
may have breastfed less than usual, and has been sleeping longer than usual
stretches, until reaching this long stretch of 10 hrs.
To fix this, the first thing would be to co-sleep, see if some extra feeds
can be done. Assess what her supply truly is, galactagogues, pumping could
be done (power pumping for 5 min whenever she can get a session in (many
short sessions)), assess mom's thyroid, assess meds and diet, in case she's
easting peppermints or something.
