Baby was born almost 3weeks ago  

Nursed exclusively so far

At 5 days old baby had lost a little over a pound of weight

By the 2nd week baby had regained her birth weight

Baby is wetting diapers and having poopies

Mom was put on antibiotics for suspected mastitis 

mom has very sore nipples

baby still jaundiced

 

mom doesn't speak English - and I don't speak Spanish.  Help!?
