Women may know that breastmilk is superior to formula but that does not mean
that they know just what formula does to babies and how it makes them
vulnerable to illness....And a significant % of people will believe that
breastfed babies are healthier than formula fed infants while simultaneously
believing that formula fed babies are not more likely to become ill than
breastfed babies (we've now stats from the US and Aust to show this).
Without being given the full story about breastfeeding and formula mothers
cannot make informed decisions. And no mother needs to be protected from the
truth by any health professionals, that's called being patronising.

 They KNOW that breastfeeding
is superior to feeding formula, whatever name you give it.

(Feeling very protective of her mommies who are
trying very hard to breastfeed)
