I have read in the archives about using castor oil compresses to treat
mastitis, but I can't find a description of how to make one. If anyone has
suggestions as to the least messy, most effective way to use this treatment
could they chime in now!!! Is the compress used before or after feeds, warm
or cold, for how long etc etc
