Hi Melissa!
I am not a huge fan of gadgets too :)), especially if I'm not sure they 
really help.
I started to make pillows only because moms always told me that bf with 
'my own' handmade pillow was really better and wanted to have one :-).
Anyway, I had some time ago some moms with really a veeeery laaarge a/o 
flabby/pending breasts, 1st babies, unexperienced, very uncomfortable 
handling these breasts.. so I'd like to try something and see if moms 
tell me there's a benefit.
I imagine J cup is a size.. sigh... different from Italy... :-P
