I don't know that I agree altogether....you can get as poor a quality 
information and support from a health professional in a face-to-face 
situation as can be found online...many health professionals hate the 
Internet because it give power to the patient. I recall being told about a 
study which found that women with breast cancer were more likely to obtain 
accurate, up to date information about treatment options on the net than 
they obtained from their specialist.
