An employee of a nursing home was outside pumping in her car. She was
completely covered.
Another employee was also outside, noticed, and complained to the
administrator.
The administrator told the pumping employee to please be more discreet.

The mother wonders whether we have any laws protecting pumping in her car in
Missouri. (Well, no, not exactly.)

Obviously there are many suggestions like:
Hey! Request a private pumping place inside!
Sit in the back seat of the car and pull down the child’s sun shades.
Park farther away from where other employees might be outside.
Etc

But the mom wonders if she has any applicable rights/recourse.
It is, after all, her own car. It’s authorized to be there. She’s on her
break.
