I had the same thing happen just two days ago.  Dr said the exact same 
thing.  Mom's milk was in so volume was not an issue.  The peds said 
supplement with formula....gggrrrrrhhhh...

So, I would love to see the data on this as well.  Can someone help us 
hospital consultants out.  :)
