If I may, I'd like to thank the multitude of lactation advocates that offered information, support and encouragement to my many students. You were very generous and patient. I cannot completely express the impact you made on them. You opened their eyes beyond their text book and created a real appreciation for not only breastfeeding but evidence-based medicine. For those of you that were over-whelmed by the influx of posts, I apologize for the inconvenience and want to reassure you that this is my only semester teaching, so this will not reoccur, at least from my direction, in the future.
