Easy does it, given the parameters you mentioned.
How about place cards with darkling pink and blue outslines of newborns, such as from baby announcements or such?  And then, just a cute flower arrangement with a label "nutrition," or some clever thing.  A very brief article in a stack on the table could say, "Baby's first diet food."
