My first thought is - how un baby friendly.   My second is what about SIDS. 
babies (newborns) aren't supposed to sleep that long.  Then all the other 
attendant things of supply etc.

Looks like a sophisticated baby swing, another (expensive) version of 
mother-baby separation. AAACCCKKK!  Pat in SNJ
