Purely anecdotal here...

If it smells fishy... it's probably fish!  Even as a first time mom,
something inside me just couldn't understand how my own breastmilk wasn't
good enough.  I always look back through history.  I wondered how the human
race survived for so many generations without bottled vitamins!  I gave them
to my first baby for a short time.  The second never got any.  Breast is
best... breast is whole and complete!  The formula companies will stop at
nothing...  too much money at stake!
