I agree - the litigation is a very visible issue here, and unfortunatley, 
Americans function in a typically American way - what they see happeneing 
RIGHT NOW. They percieve formula as normal, and don't see the long term 
risks. 

Recently, my manager - a former IBCLC!!! told me that we would be "toning 
down the full breastfeeding thing" because they pediatricians were complaining 
that too many moms were in their office crying over "breastfeeding guilt."
