Wow, Anne, what a great opportunity!

Why don't you write some articles for whatever local papers/magazines that 
would reach your intended audience, and then hold a few "free pumps and 
demo" sessions?

The idea being that anyone wanting a free pump would need to sit through 
your demonstration first (teach 'em to use it, and they just might!), after 
which you'd hand out a free pump to the participants.

You might want to find a way to get people to register first, so that you have 
their contact information for follow up.
