After 30 years as an LLLLeader, I still like the four "themes" of "Why
breastfeed?" "How to deal with the first few weeks", "How to deal with the
next few months (years)" and "Nutrition and Weaning"

Of course the topics are broad, but a general way to make sure the moms who
are coming in for the first time hear some basic stuff...

I also ask the mom of the youngest baby present to ask her questions first,
having other moms present offer suggestions - then move our way up - usually
lots of discussion, and I don't have a sore throat from talking too much!
